Ario, a lamp with smart technology for better Health

When you think about it, does´nt it seem strange that we humans are wired to live after the rhythm of the sun, yet we spend our time indoors in a light that does´nt change at all.


Ario is a new project funding on kickstarter. It´s a smart lamp, designed to simulate the rising of the sun so we biological can enjoy life better. Instead of the one static, same light indoors, day in and day out.

This smart lamp, Ario, will help us so get the most benefit out of our sleep, turning on starting with a soft light and slowly building up - simulating the sunrise - and the opposite, simulating the sunset, making it more natural for us to live inside, biological speaking.

Ario is funding at this moment, on kickstarter, and have already beaten it´s pledge of $50,000 goal - being at a $135,715. And they even got 21 days to go.

Is this the future? I would believe so. Installing this in every house would probably make many people having a healthier life.

They´ve also set a new goal. If they reach $200,000, they´ll also develop a native android app in addition to the iOS and web apps, and other features.

Mixed up life situation

This post is about me.

My name is Kevin. I'm 23 years old, and I love gaming, witch was my acutall theme on this site.

My girlfriend, and my dog, is my everything. I love them more than anything else on this planet.

While having some problems with the theme and writing, I decided to go all out and write about life asosiating things, and write a review about life, and all those things being relevant with feelings.

Worldwide reviews. I hope to reach out to as many people as posible, while writing about my daily happenings, and the strong feelings I get while working at the hospital, seeing all these strong feelings.

Backpain and happines

How come some people find happines in whats going on around them, while having major backpain through the spine?

While working at the hospital, I've encountered dosen of pasients with BIG PAIN. And me, while being at a third party, without any diagonistic knowlege of my pasient, I've observed different reactions.

I kinda feel like pain and happines is one of the most valuable things on earth (in the way that you feel alive), yet being none of my business witch then making me careless.

While working at the hospital, with my professional carefull person, saying things and asking about the pasients feelings and need, I myself find it uninteresting on the private base.

Dont take me wrong, I love my job and I teach alot about humans reactions and feelings. But these people aren't those I care about.
